In fact, the high integration of automation and information technology, which is the main focus of Made in China 2025, is not suitable for many small companies, especially for automation. According to my personal experience, many companies do not need to blindly pursue automation because of any automation. They are all built on a certain scale, especially the ghost of automated production lines, because they have not yet reached the so-called level of intelligence, especially the bottleneck of human-machine collaboration has not been broken, and the flexibility of simple automated production lines is insufficient. Restricting the abundance and diversification of product models by companies has forced companies to implement large-scale production.
Many books about Industry 4.0 brag about automation and intelligence blindly, and attribute the final result of automation and intelligence to the differentiation of individual customization. This is impossible in itself. If you have to do this, then there is only One method, that is, the so-called current methods that can be customized according to customers-to realize the modular design of the functional components of the product, and then guide the customer to customize the product according to the modularization of the product. This kind of private customization is also quite limited. Random private customization, to put it bluntly, you can only achieve private customization in certain aspects, and you can only choose a few solutions I provide, because automatic production lines simply cannot achieve large-scale multi-product mixed-line production. Because the degree of flexibility is too low, this cannot be overcome by the current technology.
So those companies that boast about private customization are not as powerful as the news. They have achieved a certain degree of flexible production. In many cases, you think too much.
2 Talent structure change
With the gradual advancement of Made in China 2025, many people worry about whether they will be unemployed and their jobs will be replaced by machines. What should they do?
You are dead? No, you can go to a more relaxed position. Of course, the premise is that you need to learn new knowledge and skills. As long as you are willing to accept this change, the machine will replace your hardship and in exchange for a more comfortable employment environment. And more relaxed work content, isn’t this the value of what a person is doing?
Of course, for higher-end people, what they may need is not only a professional skill, but also the output of multiple skills, especially cross-discipline will become popular, for example, machinery is no longer purely machinery, and electrical control may be involved. And computer programming, otherwise you will not be able to communicate and cooperate with other teams at all. Information technology and Internet knowledge will become the necessary skills for high-end talents in the manufacturing industry in the future. If you learn something like data analysis and application, it will be It's the nirvana of a career, it's hard to think about it or not.
3 The business model of the company will change
With the gradual advancement of the manufacturing industry, Made in China will once again achieve "self-righteousness". You will not go all the way to Japan to buy a toilet, which is neither easy to mention nor beautiful. You no longer need to ask your grandpa to tell your grandma to ask a friend to bring you a bone-cutting kitchen knife from Germany. Chinese-made kitchen knives can easily serve your foodie mouth, let alone cutting bones, just cutting stones. There is no problem.
In the future, Chinese companies will focus more on the two qualities of their products:
① Quality, do the best things, and sell them to the people who know how to appreciate them.
② Service, with the best service, to the most demanding people.
Especially with the continuous growth of the so-called middle class, if a manufacturing company does not think about the development direction of its own company in terms of quality and service, I think there is no way out.
Take a look at the people around you. Are many people already willing to pay for quality. Apples for mobile phones and LV for bags. Is everyone really because of vanity? Not necessarily, the willingness to pay for quality is the truth behind this.
Made in China 2025 can greatly improve the quality of corporate products. Product production no longer relies solely on the skills and emotions of workers, but on accurate and stable machinery and equipment, and on perfect and implemented management systems. All of this will be in the future. All have a lot to do.
