4. The pictures and texts are flowery, which means that the temperature is too low, so that the adhesive layer of the anodized aluminum is not fully melted or unevenly melted. If the type of anodized aluminum foil used is inconsistent or of poor quality, we should replace it with a suitable and good quality anodized aluminum.
5. The pictures and texts are blurred and dizzy, which is caused by the high hot stamping temperature and the coking of the anodized aluminum foil.
6. Paste plate, this kind of problem is mainly caused by high temperature of hot stamping printing, too thick aluminum plating layer of anodized aluminum, relatively large embossing force, relatively loose installation of anodized aluminum, incorrect foil travel of anodized aluminum, and poor production of hot stamping plate.
